Verde Bistro & Café began as a small pop-up market stall run by Chef Maria Delgado and her partner Carlos. What started as weekend brunch service quickly grew into one of Austin's most beloved neighborhood restaurants.
We built Verde on a simple belief: food tastes better when you know where it came from. Every ingredient on our menu has a name, a farm, and a story — and we love sharing that story with you.
Today, Verde is home to a team of 24 passionate cooks, baristas, and hosts who show up every day to make sure your experience is exceptional.
